“In order to rise

from its own ashes

a phoenix

First

Must

Burn.”

— Octavia E. Butler, Parable of the Talents

Every now and then you can see the light of what’s coming, the essence of change.

But there are still blocks.

When you know you’ve done the work, and it’s just not “working”, maybe you need a different approach.

Maybe you need someone who can see objectively what’s getting in the way,

and maybe what you really need is to let it burn.

Hi, I’m sarah

I could tell you about my education, who I am at home, and the many souls I have encountered in this lifetime.

I could go on about my own trauma, and my experiences but ultimately what you need to know is my experience with death.

And I don’t mean physical death (although I have been a witness to many of those).

What I mean is the death-rebirth cycle.

The process of being human is not an easy one, as we are continually in a state of death and rebirth.

We get into this “uncomfortable” parts of life where we don’t know what to do, we don’t know where to go, where to reach out. And this is the liminal space – the in between.

The time where the caterpillar goes into the cocoon and turns to goo.

And the process of letting go of the caterpillar version of ourselves is so hard. That version of us is important, because it brought us to this moment.

And so how do we move forward, how do you grow wings,

while also being a caterpillar?

It turns out - you can’t.

The goo phase is important because it is a dismembering of the old version of ourselves,

and a re-membering of the newer, more holistic version of us.

This is where my work is.

In this liminal state of in between.

In your goo phase.

What People Are Saying

Sarah is truly skilled! She is so knowledgeable, intuitive and creates a safe feeling environment to be totally vulnerable. After our session I not only felt shifts, but had new thoughts and experiences that continued out of the session. I highly recommend giving yourself (or someone else) the gift of a session with Sarah.

Go. Go go go see Sarah and then high five yourself afterwards for making such a fantastic decision for yourself. I'm still riding high (read: feeling centred, rested, and whole) after my session with her 5 days ago... that wasn't my first sesh with Sarah and definitely won't be my last. Highly recommend adding this self-care modality into whatever you are doing at present for health and wellness.

— Heather

My session with Sarah was a beautiful experience, she was able to put me at ease + pulled out all the tricks offering human design, body intuitive and Reiki! I couldn't recommend a more thorough, talented + approachable practitioner, she was amazing!
